Bodygard Pour-On Dip – Tick Treatment for Cattle, Sheep, Game and Ostriches
Bodygard pour-on is an effective remedy for the treatment of ticks on cattle, sheep, ostriches and game. It destroys ticks and prevents tick infestation in cattle. The topical solution is also helpful in controlling feather mites in ostriches. It treats and controls red lice and tsetse fly worry on cattle. It is highly useful in eliminating different types of ticks on sheep. It controls karoo paralysis tics, bont-legged and red-legged ticks. The pour-on dip is easy to apply on and safe for different animals.

Cattle:
For Ticks and lice Treatment: Dose 1 ml/10 kg. Apply along the backline from the shoulder to tail root. Treat at regular intervals according to tick challenge. The longer the product is applied, the more the tick challenge will be reduced.
Ostriches:
For Ticks and Feather mites Treatment: Dose 1 ml/10 kg. Apply along backline from the shoulder to the tail.
Game:
For Ticks Treatment: Dose 1 ml/10 kg. Apply using an approved applicator.
Sheep:
For Karoo paralysis, bont-legged and red-legged ticks Treatment: Dose 1 ml/10 kg. Environmental conditions and parasite challenge can influence the treatment intervals.
For Karoo paralysis tick Treatment: Divide the full dose per animal into 4 equal parts. Apply the parts to the axillae and groin regions whilst the animal is turned over in a sitting position. Repeat in Angora goats after approximately 2 weeks, Dorper sheep after 4 weeks and Merino sheep after 6 weeks.
For Bont-legged and red-legged ticks Treatment: Divide the dose into 3 equal parts and apply to the axillae, groin and ano-genital regions. Treat sheep regularly at approximately 3-4 week intervals or as necessary according to tick challenge.
