Question from Krishnan Padayachee
I administered Bravecto for large dogs in the 1st week of December 2018 and this dose should have been good until the end of February 2019, but I found a very engorged large tick on her on Friday. should I be changing to another brand of tick and flea control. I did have very successful results with Bravecto and am using it ever since its introduction to the market, on recommendation from my Vet.
Our Vet Says:
Dear Krishnan,

Thanks for approaching.

Your dog Lexi must have picked it up recently only. Bravecto is a highly effective treatment and should go well with your pooch. Also, check for the heavy infestation in your region. For just one tick, I would not recommend you to change the treatment. Moreover, as the time is due, you can start with the second round of treatment with Bravecto.

Hope Lexi is well protected against flea and tick with the help of Bravecto.
