As an old woman, it is difficult to go to the store and purchase supplies for my pet. So with my son's help, I purchase them from here. I like it here because it is easy to shop and I can pick and choose whatever product I want. So it is really easy and I am pretty happy.

Customer care is lacking. I was asking about stock on Comfortis tablets and they were not helpful. I had to find out from a different site that Comfortis has change it name to Simparica which they do stock why couldn't they just have told me that?? Their FLAT10 discount voucher is not working anymore then why are they still sending it in popups on the site ??
